     As a teacher it is very important to address copyright and fair use, it can be very easy for students to copyright things with things like AI being so present in society. It is crucial that students complete their own work because it helps them retain knowledge and learn the material being taught. Growing up in a world where technology has grown so much, I think learning is fostered more through hands on work, paper assignments, and closed note exams. As teachers, we have to prevent AI from doing our students work for them because without learning what is taught in schools, students will not be able to fully succeed. 

    The technology issue I have selected is cyberbullying; this is a huge problem in schools and affects the student and school culture. Most schools state that there is a 0-tolerance policy for cyberbullying, but I do not always see this being heavily enforced. A solution to this needs to be a full enforcement in schools, sometimes administration may just want to focus on what goes on in schools rather than online. Cyberbullying issues effect school culture just as much as in school issues and should be handled in a similar manner. 

    Some skills I acquired through the newsletter design was creating a word document into a PDF. I had done this before for school assignments, but sometimes technology techniques do not retain in my brain as well. I think I could better my newsletter by adding more elements like some of the extra points, however I need to improve my technology skills first. This newsletter assignment can help me in the future with creating newsletters for my own classroom or even for myself.
